I wonder how many people saw
The sun go under today
I mean, saw it with their hearts
He went down in a splashing way

A flock of lapwings gathering
Preparing for their long flight
Thousands of them flew around
Seeking shelter for the night

The Willowtree, my favorite tree
The storms have bend them slightly
Ancient trees in glow of sun
Spreading their branches widely

No doubt a silhouet of church
A place where people pray
I choosed to become one with nature
And open my heart in my own way

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow

I've missed these pictures of your world, Titia.  Love the one with all the birds, especially and the willows (my favorite tree, too).

Titia, this is beautiful. And, my favorite tree is the weeping willow tree, too. When I was a little girl, there was a weeping willow tree over on the next street. I thought it was the neatest looking tree. I always walked over to the next street just to see the tree.

Your pictures are just stunning dear friend. No one can take pictures of the skies like you. How I love to just stare at them.

There is much to be said for the spirituality and faith of nature.

Huggles to you and one for Muys,
Marti

(smiles) Awwwwwwwww, this is soooooooo beautifully breathtaking, sweet friend, I love it!!! (kiss on cheek) i truly believe all the natural world is a monastery, our sanctuary, and our liftime commitment is to become one with it rather than destroying it that sadly so many are! (big huggggsssss) This is majestic, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Titia, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Duncan, glad you enjoyed them, more pics are on the way. There were thousands of lapwings on that field and more were coming, a beautiful sight.

Smartchick, I think Willows are the most beautiful trees ever invented.

Balladeer, you always say the nicest things to me

Marti, people should turn to nature more often or they'll forget what it looks like.

Ceinwyn, you're more than welcome, plenty of room on my front porche.

Tammy, I'm glad my pics brought you joy.

Noah, I knew you would love these

Ruth, coming from you I appreciate the compliment even more

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow
