A Plea

For those that have some time to spare
Please look into this dragon’s lair
Follow the rainbow to the gold
And see the treasures that unfold.

From daffodils to lilies spread
From youthful folly to old and dead
From wedlock into millers seed
From millers seed to lovers deed

From knight of seeking Holy Grail
To endless night and endless sail
From wishing well to shangri-la
From Shangri-la to heavens star.

Seek and you will find a page
Of rolling sage to please your age
Seek and you will find the seed
The seed that all your phases need

Tolerate and you will find
Those moments for your ease of mind

JM,
I got the rhyme and you got the time.
And twinkies and tea sounds sublime.
I'll saddle Randy and off well go
Florida beaches are white as snow.
We'll walk in the sun and have us some fun
And keep it a secret from everyone.
Winkiewinkie Randy Stinky.

Noah,
Thank you my friend.

Seymour darling heart this is so wonderful full of joy and light as air, just what is needed on this cold and wintry day

If you have the time to run with me
We can adventure together merrily
In fancies flight we’ll journey far
Higher than high to touch a star
I’ll make daisy chains to hang on you
Then sprinkle you with fairies dew
Build airy castles in the misty air
Then play that I’m a maiden fair
A knight so bold that petitions me
To look upon his suit pleadingly
Then ride a dragon and feel its roar
To take me where I was once before
Take me there it will be sublime
All wrapped within your perfect rhyme

Sometime the sun hides behind clouds but when I read you I inevitably feel it peeking out again. I’m truly not here enough at the moment. Those that know me, know why that is, but when I do get in here I always seek your writing out, because it always brings warmth to my soul. Something that I’m in need of right now Thank you muchly.

You know I love this utterly utterly utterly

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the earthquake wind and fire

Wonderful read this morning Sy!
Even though I am still pondering 'splore'
I'm pouring tea...would you like some more?

Mr. Seymour, I really have missed your poetry the last couple of days while my computer's been down. I'm glad I got to read this one. It's excellent, as always. Thanks,
