Here I am my friends of Passion
Stuck to my bed as you can see
They've wrecked and ragged all my toes
I think Toerag will certainly envy me

Well don't my boy for it is hurting
And I can only shuffle on heels
For a busy lady as I always was
You can imagine how that feels

I won't complain because I'm stuck here
Don't know when they let me go
And I'll tell you a little secret
The doc forgot to do one toe!

But I'm laughing with my neighbour
And showed her all of your replies
When I showed the docs and nurses
A lot of giggles did arise

Doc says I won't be able
To run around for four months long
Oh dear oh dear, I have to obey
Don't want them to grow again so wrong

I say 'Hi' and 'See you later'
Loved your wits and little rhymes
Hope to see you when I get there
Walking into some better times

This is what my Mom would have said
To all her friends at Passions here
I'll toast to you my Mommy Muys
When you come home, we'll drink a beer!

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow

I hope you’re home and walking around soon Muys. And what do you mean, “the doctor missed one toe”??? Geez, you’d think with all that education, they’d know how many toes you have!!!! Well, at least you look pretty comfortable. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Very cute - Give that Toerag some competition, Muys - It'll keep him in line...

Be well soon, fair lady...

Muys~

One little toe went to London
One tiny toe stayed at home
Another toesie screamed, "Hey let me ...
out of this bed to roam."

For I've many Muy-miles to wander
before the year is complete.
Now toesies are done... can't wait to run ...
so I'll patiently rehab in retreat ...

AND then I'll soar
FOUR MONTHS and I'm out the door !

Muys ... you are a rock !

I've been out more than I've been in so I don't know what they've removed from your mommy's toes. I just hope she endures the agony of slowing down to a trickle. What a pickle to be in!

Nan.....Keep me in line?....I don't even post anymore?....and I've refrained from writing any of those dirty phu**ing words, and these moderators now are moving my replies to Adult with no poems attached? LOL

Yes Muys, you obey the doctors, so you will recover quickly. And, then you will be up and running around before you know it.

Well Mama Muys look at you sitting there like the Queen of Holland.

I am so glad to see you and am hoping you will be home real soon. Four months may seem like a long time to recouperate, but in four months you will have missed most of the winter and can look forward to being outside running around in the Spring.

You take good care and get people to wait on you hand and toe!!!

Huggles for continued healing, Marti

Hello, Titia's little Muys.....

Sounds like you are having fun
with all the nurses and doc's
Just try to keep those toe's real warm
if not with "toe-rags", then with socks

All of us here at PIP
hope you'll be home soon
Feeling good, walking around,
and dancing to a happy tune

I wish you a real speedy recovery and hope you'll be up and about real soon.

Thanks friends for all your lovely words.

She's home, I took her from hospital yesterday. Mostly she spends her time in bed, but knowing my Mom, I wouldn't be surprised if she pops up here on PIP.

I'll print all your replies and give them to here when I go over to visit.

You're all darlings.
