You're playing in the sand alone
And there are castles and memories
'How we skipped stones'
And laughed over lapping waves

I once fooled the wild blue
       on Mount Tamalpais
     It's fun to smile
over kissing Geneva On The Lake

You're all I've yet to know
Whether we're makin up or chained
Together still in love

     We thought never mind
       being richly-poor
     We all pass twinkle
       under starlit eyes

In my hopes the sky is everywhere
Announcing how love will last. And
We run bashful toward glitter;
Remembering we're still in love.
You're playing in the sand alone
We thought never mind
     Under starlit eyes
       half kisses,
Sideways...opposite stuccoed walls
On shadows in the glass.

You're all I've yet to know
     They think never mind
       but, there are flowery
     Springs below the mountain,
       the sun,
the blue...you're all I've yet to know
