Lips so soft and sensual
Full of passion and desire
We surrender to our emotions
As love's flame burns ever higher

A love to last eternally
Stretching far across the sea
Love simply has no boundaries
To my heart you hold the key

Tender kisses beneath the moonlight
Arm in arm along the shore
Like the ever returning tide
Your love reels me in once more

Love sets sail upon the ocean
Within my heart you now reside
Your love lights up my galaxy
In the sky our stars collide

I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

So nice and with your poetry it's very realistic to believe. Thank you, where ever you are in the galaxy.

Hi Sue - This is lovely and I could hear the music as two people in loved floated across the universe.

'...Tender kisses beneath the moonlight
Arm in arm along the shore
Like the ever returning tide
Your love reels me in once more...'

Fantastic words ... huggles, Marti

I loved this poem,... Thank you for sharing.

I wish to become a great poet some day, but it will only come in time. Til then, I shall write my poems, and wait.
