The Shores of Alone

Memories somewhat receding
like the tides, they flow in and out
some nights the thoughts leave me bleeding
on others, the pain is in doubt.

The memories, still a treasure
of love in its rarest of forms
and sadness I cannot measure
if only true love was the norm.

(this is an attempt to nudge my sleepy muse)

(big hugggssssss) Oh Sandra, this is so very sad but well-written, sweet friend, I too wish true love could be the norm for everyone but I know with all my heart this love will find you real soon and the memories the love wil produce will be like the sweet honey of a honeybees kneading! (sigh) I wish this for you so much, sweet friend, God Bless You, I am so happy to see you writing again, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sandra, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Sandra,
I love your muse! These aren't easy memories but so well remembered. More...please.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Well it was a good nudge indeed, and I loved this.  I am emailing you your request right after lunch here.

Seems the nudge turned into a shove, cause this is just wonderful.

Some day those memories will rise
and sadness will recede
Instead you'll feel that twinge of "sweet"
the only want you'll need.
And truly when your days pass on
and night skies fill your view
Happiness will be your norm
true measures of what is You.

It will happen Sandra,
some day for the both of us...
hugssssss
I enjoyed your  muse this evening *s
