Between the Lines

thoughts
reigning down
on my damp world
waking me
a chill infiltrating
the enemy's hold
invading
until the edge of sleep
disappears
and I am forced
to open eyes to
a new day
I am revisited
with those fears
of mirrored eyes
staring blank in silence
wishing for a voice
to sound the sirens
for the faithful to emerge
to mend what ails
and leave me untitled for the day

Hey "C"...it's raining here, and although we need it, it leaves me feeling a little bit dreary and mindless *s

Mark, I was a little short on words this morning, although not 20 or less
Thank you Both

Here,
let me slip those thoughts
from your shoulders
and dry this drizzled day
off your neck

a cup of soup
and tea?

Warmth exist you know
in the center of things
long thought cold

Earl Grey or Irish Breakfast?

I have a recipe here for scones
so perhaps instead of soup
you'd like them with jam

Sit a while...
and whisper if you wish
but talk of things good
and bad

I'll prepare a dish

(sigh) Oh Maureen, this is wonderful, sweet friend, though I never would like to feel untitled, I can understand those moments where you just want to dissolve away and feel free as liquid and slide into vapor! (big hugggsssss) This is wonderful, sweet frined, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Maureen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
