Chaos Reign

Each drop of dew that catches you
Is part the mist of mornings coup
Circling the world a flying shroud
Mist in the form of sailing clouds.

Each life a world of chaos reign
On land or sea or life in vein
Subject to chaotic law
Reigning with an acid pour

We scramble for our daily needs
With quick replacement of our seeds
But since chaotic is the law
It’s bow to that or nothing more.

Those that go beyond the veil
Are swallowed by a Jonah Whale
No matter how the voyage be
We are the essence of the sea.

We the kingdom, chaos the king
Change and changing everything

There is an element of chaos that is both compelling and fascinating. I think you have painted it here.

Yes, and I've been spit out more than once....I thank God I can swim....
symbolically, speaking of course.

I like this a lot, and upon re-reading find more and more insight...

Thanks,
Warm Regards,

Enjoyed this,
Chaos has always been a friend of mine,
Comment:
Combine the 2nd and 3rd stanzas
Bringing the rhyme together slightly more,
But it is about chaos, so what the heck
It wouldn’t even have to rhyme

JM,
You know I just love twinkies, maybe we'll have some with tea. Randy said he'd take us for a spin if you like, he's looking for chaos. LOL WWS

Fascinating treatment of chaos. Your poem seems the opposite in its construction. Good job!

Maureen,
Why think, we came out of the sea and eventually go back to it. Although in another form. LOL

My middle name is Chaos....I never have understood why?...They also used to say that when I was home..."Chaos Rains"....and with me, when it rains it pours.....

You must stay up at night writing all this incredible stuff....kinda like I do....sometimes I spend countless hours, okay, countless minutes....okay, countless seconds working on my masterpieces....and it shows too doesn't it?.....LOL

Very nice poem.. You are truly a gifted poet. Wish i could write as good as you.

I wish to become a great poet some day, but it will only come in time. Til then, I shall write my poems, and wait.

(big hugggsssss) Indeed we all make up the ministry within this kingdom, and should we all unite and cherish one another as brothers and sisters, never again would we have to scramble for our needs or barter in that manner and chaos will have a whole new complexion! (sigh) This is marvelous, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Seymour darling heart this is wonderful and you are an incredible writer, yes, you are you know and it is in the realms of dreams where your touch stirs me most, one of your most dazzling arts is that you show the picture colour the canvas and shine the light. You know I love this, I love it utterly utterly utterly.

Poetic minds in loving fold
Linked together in poet’s mould
Signs of truth arise in this
The softest brush of poet’s kiss

Gathered the strands of peace
The thoughts of truth bring release
Take the chaos and spread calm
Fill our thoughts with your balm

Stir the touch of mystery
Held within the hope of me
Lift the lid to peer inside
Show these hopes that still abide

The spirit flows on the wing
Moves the voice to simply sing
Hopeful delight waits to show
How the mind and spirit flow

Chaotic choices alter fate
Send those who err through hells gate

Love and warm stuff
as always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the earthquake wind and fire

Your comments in poetic fashion are a delight to read. You are quite the poet.
I thank you for picking me as one of the ones you like to read. Take care and I wish you and yours friendly days.
