Casey, my cat
Kept me up last night
First time he woke me up
It was 1:45 AM
Dumb cat
The second time was 2:45 AM
I was like
I have had enough of that

I had made plans
For 8:30 this morning
But after last night
I said forget that
And went back to bed

Then I had to do dishes
And feed the indoor and outdoor cats
And give them clean water
How previledged they are

I ate lunch
And got online for awhile
Talked to a couple friends
Then had to get off
And clean the kitty litter boxes
All 4 of them

Then I had to feed the outdoor kitties again
It is like they pig out
And need food every 2 hours again

Then I studied for tonight's meeting
Very interesting stuff
Now I am just tired
And just plain ready to pass out

Cold hands means a warm heart

sorry, I know the feeling, my dog barks like crazy in the morring (her name is Cassie too) and I just tell her to go wake my mom up sorry about you beeing tired. I'm anemic (not an eating disorder, just means you don't have enough red blood cells) and i am always tired so I can relate. For some reason when you said "Stupid cat" it was really poetic (sometimes I can't understand myself) I liked this poem!

Well, I liked your poem.. but it seemed to make hardly any sense to me.. Try and make it ryhme.. It sounds more like a small story then a poem.. My advice is. Try and put more meaning into it.. But overall, it is a good poem.

I wish to become a great poet some day, but it will only come in time. Til then, I shall write my poems, and wait.

I'm never kept awake by my animals. LOL!

What is life without poetry and adventure?
"Little sister" is just another way of saying "Guardian Angel"!

Life is poetry, and poetry life...cats, dogs, some rhyme...some don't.
The pleasure of your sharing lifts me.

Sounds like a lot of work, but I'll bet the love back is worth it.

Sometimes, I must be in outer space. However, ever after reading this poem I feel right at home on the earth. Yeah. Thank you.
