I sit here a forgotten love
I was pledged your heart
Many a time
but is it here alone
and you are not mine
You chose to be free
no longer here, with me

I sit here on a stool
in an empty bar
just another forgotten love
my heart cast aside
it lies apart from me
it stays with you
where i can not reside

I sit here alone
by myself
with dreams and memories
my only company
wondering on you
because i still love strong
can i be so wrong

But mostly i just sit - Alone

Take a good look at my face
Well, don't my smile look out of  place
look a little closer its easy to trace
The tracks of my tears

you'll meet somebody who deserves this strong love you've got...don't be alone for long.

So sad.... a little slice out of love life.... I'm not always sure if a poet is writing from experience or just trying to capture a moment of a real feeling.... whichever... you did do just that. Enjoyed.

Warm Regards,

we heal with time...and in our rhymes....
we write it out ... then we can move on.

No one has ever shown me how to see the world the way I see it now ...
and I never saw blue like that before.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Paul, I hope this is not tied to current affairs or feelings you have, sweet friend, this is sad and I send angel hugs of comfort your way! (sad sigh) This is heartfelt, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Walter, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

This poem is one I would put in a bottle and send into outer space:just in case some higher beings need to know how humans are. I liked it. Thank you.
