A sand lined cauldron boiled in blue
The fury of the restless few
Of well, adorned in harvest ball
Recede at whim nor sad befall

Ancient oak or tidal grass
Colored cloak sienna brass
Polished high to glee felt free
A sand lined cauldron gingerly

Upon the dunes of staircased sands
Of hawk shown soon as warbler lands
To top the trees in colored walls
A sand lined cauldron boils and calls

Thats a really good poem...

I wish to become a great poet some day, but it will only come in time. Til then, I shall write my poems, and wait.

Does this poem require a broom and black pointed hat?

Nicely done,  spinning the silk,  waiting
for the next poor sap to come into your
midst.....oh yeah!

I enjoyed this a great deal. Like the others, I thought the rhythm and rhyme seemed perfect. It reads so smoothly.
