I have a lot of dreams, some at night,
some at day
In every one of them, you're always
there to stay

I'm certainly not complaining, of this I'm
much delighted
For these dreams I have of you, always make
me quite excited

I'd better watch my words, I don't want
this to be moving
It's just that my dreams of you are certainly
mighty soothing

In these dreams I have of you, we're always
near each other
Sitting close, kissing, holding hands, always
touching one another

None of these dreams I have of you ever have
been wasted
For my Gary from where you are, you say my same
dreams you have tasted

what a beautiful way to reflect back Bill's words and make them your own

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Yay!!! (does happy dance) Oh Ethel, this is soooooooo beautiful and I know these exact same feelings, though I feel sad knowing I'm only dreaming of my Joanna right now and don't have her close, her dreams still make me feel so very happy, more happier than anything in the whole wide world and it gives me faith if I can feel her love from a distance away I am destined to have her! (kiss on cheek) I can't wait till the day you and Gary finally meet and get married, as I would love to be invited to cheer you two on, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ethel, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Ethel ~

I believe that our BC would be honored that his poetry prompted you to write this poem of love--and mighty quickly I might add! You don't waste time, dear poetess! tehe

As they say, "Emulation is the highest form of flattery." ---but as Kethry pointed out in her reply, you may have gotten your inspiration from Bill, but you did make it your own.

Absolutely beautiful!

very cute...Gary must be very special
and of BC's inspiration, I have known myself
to be inspired  often by his words.

Noah, thanks so much for reading my poem and for your reply.
BTW, Gary and I have been seeing each other for a few years,
now.......we are engaged, but not married yet, unfortunately.
We do see each other about once a month (more if possible).
I wish things were where we could be married tonight, even.......
and oh yes, sweet friend, you would all be invited, too.
Noah, dear friend, I hope that you and Joanna will meet
each other soon. Thanks again for your sweet comments.

Linda, thank you so much for reading my poem and for your reply.
I believe, too, that for someone to get inspiration from a poet's words
is a form of flattery. Bill knows just
how to put the wonderfully romantic words down on paper, doesn't he?
I love to read his poetry. Again, thanks sweet Earthy Angel !!!

Bill, thank you so much for your sweet, kind graciousness.
I just love to read your poetry. When are you going to
publish a book of love poems?? It's just no telling how
well you would do. Women everywhere would be flocking to buy
your romantic poetry.
Again, thank you, friend.

Maureen, thank you very much for reading and replying to my poem.
I appreciate it. And, oh yes, Gary is very, very special.
We love each other very much.

Also, I'm sure that Bill has inspired lots of people with his
beautiful words of love. He really writes from the heart,
doesn't he? Just as you do, sweet Maureen. I love your poetry, too.
