delicate wind chimes
lonely wind in agony
blowing wood smoke dusk
chanting in rhythmic cadence
desiring to be heard

dust on the toes of my boots
powdered sugar prints
leading to the back porch steps

cold November moon
barn owl doesn’t give a hoot
vesper star shines bright
silent waterfall glistens
snow flurries embrace the night

wrapped in arms of love
snuggled warm under down quilt
melted by your eyes

(smiles) Awwwwwwww, this is gorgeous, sweet friend, I just love the thought of staying inside warm from the cold and hugging my Joanna like she's a velvet blanket! (kiss on cheek) This is beautiful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Cheryl, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Cheryl, this is so beautiful.....all of it.
Do I sense a bit of homesickness? Just wondering.
Thanks for painting this beautiful picture of words, and for
sharing them with us.
