Awash In The Blue

Blue waves washing
ocean-dust tears
over the uncertain seashore...

I am a part of the wind,
the sea and the land
waiting for the blue waves
to wash over me,
bring me into the depths
of love and love's delights.

~~~~~***~~~~~

I stretch across
the eons of time.
Waiting...
waiting for a moment,

a sea merman I rise
out of the black depths
transported
upon dolphin warmth,
skimming the froth, playing
the depths, the long eternity.

I hear him cry out
into the night,
a soul in search
of his soulmate.

~~~~~***~~~~~

Blue waves awash
in ocean-dust tears,
uncertain shorelines
that ebb with the tide.

Makes me think of someone asking "who are you?"....and an all powerful voice,  deep
yet soothing,  replying...."I Am"....

(smiles) Oh Ivy, this is soooooo beautiful, sweet friend, I can relate to these feelings so well as I see myself a s amerman crying out to my ermaid love Joanna from miles away in an abyss of tears! (kiss on cheek) This is wonderful, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ivy, thank you for sharing!
