She & He

I await by water
The pool ripples with the wind
Calm isolation.

Teary eyes from rushing wind
As I ride to your cloister

Spring flowers dropping
With spin and ripples their own
Filling the small pool

Fragrant flower moments ours
When I arrive to your side

The sun rises high
The willow shadows the pool
I remain in calm

The shadow of twilight comes
And willow is welcome sight

You arrive with stars
Before the moon can enter
We share the garden

The garden flowers have closed
No match for your great beauty

The night is for us
As we ripple in water
Like those morning blooms

This night should be forever
We two blossoms in the pool.

Gloom

This is an example of a responsive Choka

This responsive choka spoke of every poem I have ever expressed.  Amazed.

Very well done. ThisDiamond
