 (sigh) Oh Linda, this is beautiful and so very true, and that to me is also a blessing, for though we all share different beliefs in this world, there is an archetype and common creed within them all so that gives me the inevitable impression that with that in mind harmony is possible and can happen for us all! Radrook ~ If these Japanese short poems are done well, they can convey a great deal using an economy of words. I find that they really work my brain but it is very rewarding when they come out the way I intended. There are several Pip poets who are absolutely masterful at writing these--check them out. Linda, I read this when you first posted it, but didn't leave a reply, because I honestly didn't know what one of these "things" were. I'm glad that you didn't know either when you first came here to Passions. Maybe there is hope for me after all...about the "TECHNICAL SIDE" of this wonderful world of poetry.
