Balladeer loved to write
It gave him pleasure and delight,
As in a fever he was gripped
Writin' down poetic script.

He wrote about Toe, (not on his foot)
Then wrote about me in his book,
(I thought it nice, to be about me)
Then read the title: "Toebotomy"

Sky writing was a later fad,
His memory then was getting bad,
He stopped the plane to dot an "i"
And tumbled from the word filled sky.

Well after all, he'd had his time,
Chastising Toe across the sky
His friends were sad and wore black cloth
But finally...they wrote him off.

Well, well, Mr. toe...
you never cease to amaze me,
kind Sir. You go, man...
just keep those words flowing.
Just keep sharing them with us,
though, okay?

With Love,
Ethel

ROFL @ Toebotomy... giving him ideas, sweets? LOL

I liked this very much, Toe... though I can't imagine anyone in their right (or slightly warped *EG*) minds will be writing off either Bal or you... You bring joy and sunbeams of smiles to an otherwise dreary world. *S*

Balladeer knew it would be wise to include poems about Toerag the Rascallion in his book! ---they'd help make his book a bestseller! tehe

Whoa! Talk about bringing 'Deer "down to earth" Toe! But I can't just let you write him off like that...think I'll change the ending...

Balladeer came tumbling down
But you see he didn't die
He just bruised a few unmentionalbles
When the other plane flew by

He caught it on the tail end
And there he grabbed on tight
He rode it out until the end
It gave him quite a fright

And when his feet touched the ground
He saw his friends in black
He thought he'd let 'em sweat it out
Until he could get Toe back

But you see I saw him falling
So I know he's still around
And I'm sure he'll soon come calling
Putting Toerag in the ground!!

Funny poem Toe,
but what else would I expect, it seems Tammy has come up with a director's cut above you.

(giggles in delight) Yes, and with Tammy's expertise with editing she could also make the perfect choice for the marketer! LOL! This is delightful, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Toerag, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Disclaimer: I wouldn't ordinarily write a poem about my dear pal Michael and implying a death defying stunt that he could be actually injured in any way without the knowledge that I know Balladeer would never be caught in any kind of flying machine.

ROFL!!!!

"He stopped the plane to dot an "i"
And tumbled from the word filled sky."

Gotta tell ya, Toe, those are the best two lines I've ever seen from ya. Of course it doesn't take much to assume that honor but ya done real good here, retarded one.

Fly? Off the ground? NOT ME!!
