I'm making a booklet with the pics I took in USA and little rhymes, here are some examples

They seem to float in little groups
Keeping balance on elephant's feet
They soak in water, fill their veins
Beneath the surface, roots will meet

They sing their songs on electric cords
And sit like written notes in air
I can't read notes, but I just knew
That these birds really didn't care

"I'll see you later" said the sun
Behind high clouds he faded light
I saw him again on Schiphol Airport
Because while flying I skipped a night

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow

beautiful Titia...I am working on a shadow  box..but I need to finish the door to it before I take a picture and post the poem to go with it..I am a little behind, but I have been working on it...so that all my memories will be hanging on the wall in front of me daily to see and think fondly of.

hugsssss

Titia, these are fantastic. I can't wait to see more.

I have no idea what those things floating on the water are, but they are certainly fascinating.

Hugs, Marti

Hi Maureen, when do we get to see the pics you took in Tampa??? I'm so curious.

Marti, LOL those are cypress trees, they grow like that. When the water would disappear, you could see that they 'stand' on their roots.

Titia darling heart this is wonderful, just what I needed today, the touch of sunlight on my face is enough to ease the heaviness of my heart, do I love this you know I do YOU are a very very special writer. A true mix of sunlight and laughter I love it utterly utterly, beautifully written.

My epic poem is on its way but I warm you darling heart it is long, very very long, but it should make everyone smile in remembrance.
