Unwanted words flow unbidden
from the dark places i had them hidden
to spew forth the pain they paint
to release for all to read

well redug by pained struggle
old wounds reopened for noone tosee
bitter my heart races far from me
close my eyes and sleep that is for all

The very deep did rot: O Christ!
That ever this should be!
Yea, slimy things did crawl with legs
Upon the slimy sea.
