This re-post is inspired by Karilea's poem "Time To Move"....Daylight savings time ended this weekend and time actually marched backwards for one hour, early this morning
~Time Marching Backwards~

The clock on the wall
says its ten past the hour
it's visage in a smirk
of retrograde sour

all of the numerals
ensconced on time's face
have reversed their arrangement
their order displaced

as eight precedes seven
the tocks become ticks
and the ticks become tocks
as five follows six

time marching backwards
antitheical reason
a warp of the senses
and structure of season

spring follows summer
which comes after fall
when we peer through life's mirror
at the clock on the wall

(smiles) Oh Lyra, this is wonderful, sweet friend, it is so very strange but phenominal how time moves backwards and I love the feel of the darkness at this time of year and sitting close to a warm fire writing! (kiss on cheek) This is excellent, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Lyra, thank you for sharing!

Thanks so much, Ethel... I think time goes much too fast... and as we get older, it seems to go faster and faster, as if it were a spring which as been wound up and then released...

Thanks so much, Paul... I'm glad that you recognized that there was more than one meaning to this poem.
I think that time is actually another dimension, like space... no one can see it, but it is measurable, though

I agree with you... and its much nicer to travel backwards in time than it is to travel forwards.... at least we can gain an hour or so that way...
