Fate is bound by
the the conniving
thread of ignorance.
The bitter martyr
chokes on her halo.
Acid tongue reflex
detracts from the
nobility of sacrifice.
What saint denies her
place among the angels?

Wow, this is excellent, sweet friend, this is so short but poignant, sadly there are many angels here who just are bashful in revealing their wings and others who wear those feathers in disguise! (sigh) This is excellent, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet K, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

You have a very interesting way of using words. I usually read your poetry twice to try and grasp the essence of your poem. This was very well done.

Quite to the point and very interesting, but, I would say "ALL" the glory should go to God. Some angels and saints just don't know how to act, maybe cause they are simply still too human.....

A lot to ponder here, and I certainly like a poem which causes me to think!

This is  very thought provoking.
And, well written.

Thanks for making me think.

Warmly,
Pat
