state of confusion

They're in constant competition,
these three poeteers,
Toe, the lover, LngJhn - the knight
and the ever-romantic Deer.

It's all in good jest,
this silly old time ribbin',
it's all about which one is the best
in courtin' other wimmen!

They attack masculinity,
sanity and sobriety,
but they love each other -
that's the reality.

So go on with ya',
shake hands and come out fighting,
we know the real deal
and we find it quite delighting!

(giggles in delight) Oh yes, now fuss up, young men, admit it and you just are too embarrassed or stubbornn to say it, you really like each other! LOL! Like that ever will happen! LOL! (kiss on cheek) This is delightful, sweet friend, I love it, all three of these wonderful men are such delight friends to us all just as you are, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Corinne, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Seems to me we've got some others,
really, like a band of brothers
Larry C, and Kevin, have tried
but to our chagrin, they simply cried...

Duncan, too, he's tried his best,
he's put his pen there to the test
but 'Deer, Long John, Toe, well, they
simply put the rest away.

Although it's fun to see them jest...
the Scallwags Three are just the best.

Cor...knowing these three...

It will take more than just apologies to
the women that they have dropped like hot
potatoes over the years....wives,

girlfriends, etc....

Cute...like this....a chuckler...

I certainly wouldn't be the same without them.
I enjoyed this.

Their shenanigans would be fun to watch no matter what... but knowing the admiration and respect they have for each other (and conceal so very well! LOL) makes the antics all the more delightful. *S*

Thanks for this salute to a wonderful trio... every smile they share is greatly appreciated. *S*

And congratulations on your 4000th post! *S*

Okay, so I've got a guilty conscience,
Which I guess shocks most of you,
Most think that I don't have one,
But yep, I really do.

Being serious, (which is not my better stuff,
And taking into consideration, my other stuff is bad enough),
But I'd like to take this moment
To make something perfectly clear,
I've nothing but the highest regards,
For LongJohn and Balladeer.

I doubt that there are many,
Folks with such expertise,
In fact I don't know any,
They're talented 'S.O.B'S

As you know I love to tease,
And they're such desirable targets
I guess because I know that they
Will respond to me the "hardest"

So let it be known to all of you
That this is the only reason,
Cuz truly I think they're the best,
And I love "Toe-Raggin" and a'teasin them.

That Toerag is a rascal.
He's a saddle burr, for sure
And LongJohn's words are sometimes more
Than humans can endure.

They've no respect for Mr. 'Deer,
Their actions are unkind.
They come out with the cruelest things
That tiptoe through their minds.

I've taken Prozac for the grief
These two have made me feel
And lost sleep over unkind words
That painted me a heel.

Please tell these two to let me be
If they don't stop I won't.
Please tell them 'deer has had enough..
On second thought.....PLEASE DON'T!!!

Thanks for the poem, Corrine! Those two are real stinkers but I'm trying hard to keep decorum in the forums by keeping them in line....it's a full-time job!

Thank God for both of them!!

Corinne, when I first came to passions, I thought they were all really fighting. It even upset me for awhile. I was sure glad to here that that were just teasing each other.
