I prayed for twenty four once
but I gained one hour tonight
And though they didn't fulfill my wish
I think I should be satisfied

I was minding my own business
Writing a letter on the pc
When suddenly this screen popped up
It showed a time warning for me

It said "I've set back your computer time
Please check it out if it's alright"
And I almost hugged it right there and then
Because my time got very tight

I have to be up at early morning
So now when I get up at nine
It actually is only 8.00 am
And I feel on time real fine

Two times a year I have to get used to
A time change in Autumn and Spring
This time of year I don't like it that much
For it means, Winter is a near thing

Very soon it will be dark
When I come home from work by car
No way to see my sheep by daylight
The road I drive home is very far

But when I finally accept this change
I see the profits of it real clear
Because when it's dark and cold outside
I can sit at my burning wood stove here

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow

(sigh) Oh Titia, I too can get confused when it is Daylight Savings time, yet I do love the calm reflection of the darkness and sitting by a fire at night writing! (kiss on cheek) This is lovely, sweet friend, I love this, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Titia, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Titia, my computer doesn't even ask me to check it's change any more, it just up and does it, and frees me to adjust the numerous timepieces I have in my home.  Chiming read!

Titia,
You tend your words like you tend your sheep. Good job on both.

Good morning Titia. I've been running around the house changing clocks and now they all seem to have different times on them.  Ugghhh!!!

I like the idea of sitting by the fire and staying all warm and cozy. I don't like winter very much either.

Sending hugs, Marti

Thanks for this great reminder. The note I put on bathroom mirror got soggy and fell off. I really forgot.
Great, I have another hour! And, I too will go change them all right now!

Warmly,
Pat

TITIA, I HAD THAT SAME WARNING POP UP ON MY PC, TOO. I,M GLAD YOU HAVE A NICE COZY FIRE TO SIT BY. I CAN'T FIX THE TIME ON ALL MY CLOCKS WITH JUST ONE HAND. I GUESS SOME WILL HAVE TO WAIT.

Titia~
My friend .... no matter how many 'times' the clocks are changed ... your sense of humor never changes !

You are rhyme-in-chime-of-the-time~

Love you gal ... oh, the oranges and grapefruit are starting to ripen ... oh my, they look soooooooooo lovely~

Wish you could be here to share a fresh-squeezed glass of juice with ...
(actually, we have to have a little cold snap to set the 'brick' (just means sugar) in the fruit ... so I reckon that whether or not I like it ... I've got to anticipate and welcome the 'cool' weather)

OH .... the neighbor behind the Tampa Villa let us pick a Papaya to take home with us ... we ripened it on the window sill and then I cleaned it and planted a gazillion seeds .... they are germinating ... and we've got oodles of little sprouting Papaya trees !!!!
Of course if the 'cold-snap' comes, we'll have to move them to a warmer area inside the garage.  Nicely ... our weather turns off cool for such short bursts of time ... so the NEXT time you come to DeLand ... we'll have Papaya trees to greet you too !!

Vanna and Dallas are fine .... I gave Dallas a little 'clipping' ... and now she's growing back her winter coat !

I'd write an e-mail ... LOL !  But I think I covered it nicely here !

Ha, we're all back in time then.

I told my hubby when he was leaving up North to our youngest daughter to reset his clock and found out this afternoon when he called, he had set it an hour later

Marge, WOW did you forget you was in PIP I wrote you a 'normal'email dear, no use to let everybody know what we are gossiping about

Sunshine, you have a lazy computer! And I haven't even reset all my clocks yet LOL, have to do at least my alarm clock, or I will be at work one hour early, AND I DON'T WANT THAT!!!!

Love you all friends, Titia
