The summer,
With its heat and its love
And the rain
Like the moon up above
So magical,

like rasberry rain
That bittersweet taste
Can get rid of the pain
And when things look so down
I sit and wait
For rasberry rain

Isn't life
Just the sweetest thing
It can make you so sad
Or make you want to sing
So magical

like rasberry rain
That bittersweet taste
Can get rid of the pain
And when things look so down
I sit and wait
For rasberry rain

Just a flitting glimpse
Of the birds as they fly
And you just can't remember
That things have to die
but when you do,
You envy their wings
That can take them away
From the ground
So Magical

like rasberry rain
That bittersweet taste
Can get rid of the pain
And when things look so down
I sit and wait
For rasberry rain

Yeah,
for rasberry rain

Ok, obviously the title didn't catch anyone'sattention, but I wanted for Ethel to see this because this is the poem that she enspired. Oh well. Beter undiscovered than not at all

Hey, Sweet Wind....I saw it earlier before I had to leave, but I couldn't post a reply right then.  I'M  SOOOO   SORRY!!!! I really love this poem. It makes me feel like singing.

It makes me happy, too, that you got the inspiration for the poem from my poem.
Hey!! Is it okay for me to send a copy of your poem to Gary? He will love it, too.

Thanks again for sharing your poetry with us. It's very good.

Love To All,
Ethel

(smiles) Oh Liz, this is gorgeous, sweet friend, I love the title and the poem shines with beautiful surreality that drew me in and had me imagining pink and red skies dripping like honey and tasting sweet! (kiss on cheek) I can tell Ethel really loves this just as I do, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Liz, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

And thank you everyone else. This poem means a lot to me. Thank you ethel, thanks so much for enspireing me
