~Wrapped In You~~~

First light of morning
I still feel your warm presence
Wrapped around my heart
Passions glow lingers
Though I know it won’t last
Splashes oflove
Colors my soul
Love, a breath,
of candlelight glow
You could spin me
into silk with your words,
I am reminded that it takes two,
to spin a love nest
I close my eyes, remembering,
where we’ve been tonight
Magic midnight of your lips
I return the tenderness
with approving sighs
I felt that again……
……..and I love you
This dream can last now….
But just untill tomorrow
till again,
I am wrapped in you
once more…

Poetry is:
Passion, imagination and intellect running together.

Aloha with warmest regards, Cheryl Stewart Koomoa

(smiles) Awwwwwwww, I just love this, sweet friend, this reminded me of that Cranberries song "Linger", which goes "You got me wrapped around your finger. Do you have to let it linger? Do you have to, do you have to, do you have to let it linger!" (kiss on cheek) This is breathtaking, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Cheryl, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Hi there - boy did I ever relate to these words Cheri...
"You could spin me
into silk with your words

You sure captured love and the expectations of love beautifully in this poem.  I hope all is well with you and your cherished one too.
