All my life I have longed
for someone like you
A man who is tender, sincere,
and giving a love so true

You are everything I've ever wanted
all rolled up into one
You are to me the greatest
thing under the sun

I love you, my love, with all
of my heart
Though it may be hard to believe, our
love began right from the start

Well in whatever form you post this it spells indelible love - and that is hard to find in any form.  Nicely done.

Julie, to me that's a  VERY  NICE  compliment...your e-mailing one of my poems to someone. That makes me feel  SOOOO  good. That's really why I'm even posting my heart here like I do. I want to help someone who is having similar feelings as I am. So many of you sweet loving people have helped me so much in your kind words of poetry and replies, in this short time I've been here. THANK   YOU, friend.

Paul, thank you so much for reading my poem and for your sweet reply. Hey, what was the name of your poem you mentioned yesterday??? I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. In fact, I couldn't find any of your poetry. Where is it? I want to read it. I bet it's good. Thanks.

Well I haven't been here long enough to experience your first post, but I think you read mine. This is about Gary? Or just a poem? Either way, I really enjoyed it

garysgirl,

This is very nice. I think it would be a perfect card to send to a love. Perfect, perfect.

Goodmorning, Wind....I hink I read your first post. I read so many that I can't remember. What was the name of it? I'll go back and see if I can find it.

Yeah, this is about Gary. Almost all the poems I write are about him. I guess you could say that he's my biggest inspiration!?!
HaHa!! I hope that people don't get tired of reading about the love that Gary and I share, because I certainly do like to write about this love. Both of us feel so blessed to have each other.
Thanks friend, for reading my poem and for your reply. I hope to read more of your work, soon.

Ethel

Hi, Electra  (I like that name).....For someone to use one of my poems to send to a loved one is a very nice compliment, I think. To know it touched someone's heart makes me feel good, because that's my intention. This love that Gary and I share makes us very happy and I would like to help other people to feel this kind of joy in some small way.

Thanks for reading my poem and for your sweet reply. I appreciate it.

Love To All,
Ethel

garysgirl...It's not hard to understand why you love this man so much. The qualities you write of...should be very woman's dream. Wonderfully expressive poem.  ***Ivy Rose

Thanks so much, Ivy Rose. To me that's a really nice compliment. I want the whole world to know what a wonderful guy I have. I wish for all women to have such a kind, loving, sweet, caring, gentle person to love and be loved by.
Thanks for your sweet comment and for reading my poem. I appreciate it.

I gotta chime in here, just sat down for a read session today. So far this is my favorite ....short, sweet and hits a very tender note.

... and they sent him home happy ... one hundred percent.
