Embracing Thoughts I had been going about The everyday chores Although my thoughts Were of distant shores The mind taking flight Thoughts escalating Avenue of daydreams With passion awaiting The shore of serenity Sea breeze serenade On flights of fantasy Our dreams are made The mind sailed away Vistas for romancing Embracing thoughts Sets a heart dancing The sun shines down Upon glistening sea As fluttering kisses Lands lovers destiny The dreams are kept In hoping we might With loving encore Share kisses tonight Hope © 2002 |
