AWAKENING

I thought of you last night,
                   I thought of you;
You stole upon whisp of faint surprise
And suddenly appeared before my eyes,
Invading dream and perilous event
You swept across in heavenly assent.
Ere long my sunken pits of pebbled skree
Lay dormant and abandoned o'er the bed,
No rumbled soundings to awaken thee
No cache of hidden treasure overhead.
From dim and darkened caverns ever deep
Come haunts of doubt, and hidden bowls of fear,
Ganglia forms baring the soul from sleep
To hide the undefined, the ever near.
We chase the wilted terminals of time,
Accept the moulding, cold inconstancy
Of all that's gone before, supreme, sublime,
To seed our plains of anonimity.
I thought of you last night,
                         I thought of you,
Yet saw you, distant, faraway, remote,
Your bouquets central nature, deep, arcane,
Somewhere between the silence and the pain.

(sigh) This is a powerful debut, sweet friend, I love it, such yearning fills your words as does a haunting of something you left behind that echoes back to you in spirit, this is excellent, I love it! Welcome to Passions, sweet Ron, may you be inspired by al of us here as we will all be inspired by your lovely words! I can't wait to read more of your lovely words, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ron, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
