Our precious Nightshade made a comment
and I'm positive that she's right
I think I will present the challenge
for Nancy to treat us with a fright!

I know that it will be hard
for sweet Nancy to spread such gloom
but I really think she can do this
and write about such doom.

So now I dare our Enchantress
to come out and write
and spread a 'lil fear
about the mysteries of hallows night!!

{Thanks Chris for your inspiration
and Nancy, I hope you have fun with this!
Hugs to both of you great gals!!   }

(giggles in delight) Oh Donna, I love this challenge, and boy I'm sure will be a CHALLENGE for someone as sweet as Nancy, though you know what they say, everyone has a dark side, or do they? LOL! This would be a challenge for me too because I can't write Halloween, I am a hallow-weeny! (giggles) This is delightful, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Donna, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Hey...that's not fair!  I think Nightshade should take up the challenge as well.
I'll see what I can do Donna...and this is very well done I might add.

Noah, thanks so much!

Nancy ok......here we go!  Consider it done!!

The Challenge Extended To Chris....

Now unto Nightshade
this request I will extend
from her sister Nancy
to follow in this trend.

Please join in the fun
and fill us with delight
write us a lil poem
to give us all a fright!

Now we shall see
between these sisters two
just who can whip up
the scariest of brews!

Triple dare ya Chris!!

Oh what a tangled web we weave....what have I gotten myself into? I'll try Donna...but I think my muse was so frightened by your poem that she is hiding somewhere. I'll try to find her. hugs, Chris

Well Gentle Spirit...this is spooky Saturday night here in pip...and although Enchantress enthralls us with her passionate poetry of love and nature...I do believe she has an insight into the world beyond the veil..she met the challenge...

...believe what your heart feels...

LOL, I love it, both poem and challenge.  Now Nancy, Chris, get to writing.   Way to go, Donna. *hugs*

the earth will turn on as before,
the gulls, still race along the shore,
the morning star, still kiss the dawn

Deep chuckling here...oh the tangled web we weave, when first we practice to believe in tales of horror, as ever lent, by those who practice magic, bent!

You all have fun!  I'm just going to sit back and watch the words fly!

I believe that they both met this challenge with the grace and style that is their trademark.  Well done.
