In the ever present
absence of soul shattering
inspiration, I reinvisioned
the diadem of acceptable behavior
& set sail for aberrant shores
where winds whisper gossamer secrets
of kingdoms long thought abandoned
still thriving in the after thoughts
of loves nomadic spirit.

it's a lovely poem

if you want something more secific in the area of critique, let me know, what's on my heart is purely bias, so may not be worthwhile to others

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

Welcome to the wonderful circle of friendship~

This is just truly lovely~

'where winds whisper gossamer secrets
of kingdoms long thought abandoned
still thriving in the after thoughts
of loves nomadic spirit.'

I am particularly fond of -
'where winds whisper gossamer secrets

Gives the imagery of 'half-hidden' secrets behind a veil ... waiting to be shared~
Very, very nicely done~

You are all so nice I am just blown away! I found this place because I was hanging out at litkicks & someone was bashing this site!(I will go back & set them straight) My poetry rarely inspired responses over there so I was not expecting all this love! But it is VERY nice...I feel like I've come home at last!(now it's time to read all your poetry!)
