Adam's choice in chewzing was towards Love
his bite once bit meant losing God above
yet I who took the bait
sin alone without a mate,
phantom rib pain, infernal life, a hand sans glove

Cain let jealousy dine on his brain
stoned his brother's head, his hands bloodstained
he should have stuck with weed
but sowed a murd'rous seed
through that vein we live the bane of rock cocaine

Lot alloted time to flee the trouble
he churned to earn some distance from the rubble
his wife was the caboose
turned to peek the silly goose
there are bits of her among my tears and stubble

Iscariot ratted Jesus for some coin
his intellect stay hid behind his loin
pay a penny for his thought
awful reek is what you got
now the stink of traitors greed's forever joined.

This is very clever. You did a great job playing with the serious in silly. Nice, I enjoyed.

This snifter was full of dandy brandy!

---full bodied, flavorful, rich bouquet and very smooth!

You have dipped deep into your well for this one. All this and more has touched my mind and yet I am blind.
