Life’s Epoch
To each their own
with friends or alone
a well-traveled road worn thin
with tracks of others or your own sin
as you grow you should learn that
your skin becomes thick to weather the taunts
and tricks that will haunt you on your Journey of life that all must bear
for you will carry your own guilt
when the traveled thoroughfare ends

those last lines speak to me at the moment. Enjoyed the read.
