Four Score and One

My song has sung four score and one
And still it sings and is not done.
It vibrates thru the valleys green
And of late somewhere between

I’ve taken to a way of thought
To fantasies that I have caught
To lay them in my treasure trove
That keeps me warm just like a stove.

A magic carpet takes me there
A sleeper’s flight of mind and care
Takes me but a moments memo
And presto I have a demo.

It is a form of catnaps heir
Twenty minutes and most are fair
It is a harmless pass of time
Pleasant spells for me that chime.

To all who see my head in bend?
Wake me not; it’s not the end.

Seymour darling heart Bon jour ma cheri, sava?

But of course the answer is Sava bien merci

As always darling man your writing is tres joli, and fomidable Sorry Seymour when I awoke this morning I put my hair into a French plait, ate some French bread and it seems the French trend is continuing. I promise I'll stop now, and return to good old fashioned English.

I really love this you really are a fabulous writer, and never fail to make the day shine
Love and warm stuff
as always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the earthquake wind and fire

Dear Sy ... if some of your ideas for these wonderful poems come to you as you briefly bend your head ... then bend as often as you like, and rise quickly, to write them down. Such treasures they are.

Best wishes and hugs,
/Kit

Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me.

Sy

I don't know how to take a snooze
a nap is something I can't do
is there a secret you can whisper
for bow of head and fantasy blender?

Loved the poem, as always do.

Sy,
Age seems to have offered you many benefits. Including good looks, excellent humor and a positive attitude, not to mention wisdom. You are an inspiration. You, sir, have my utmost admiration. Well done.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Mr. T.--you fill me with glee!

You're not really four score and one---are you?!? In your photo you only look four score and ten! Doesn't matter to me if you're 5 score plus 10---you're younger in spirit and mind than many men who are only 2 score and one!

Luvya Mr. T.!
