The fool walks on to solid ground--
but that's what happens when fool thinks.

The fool too late has realized
how quickly sand can sink.

Echoes from behind the leaves
encourage in thin veil deceit--
admonishment
and cries of "swim!"
grasping for an edge again
after cursing walk of brink.

"too late, too late"
mocks motion's rock
the pant of breath
be mere tick tock
of shadows in a slow sun's set
long arms reach for what is yet
to be embraced
to touch the face--
complacent--sinking in regret.

(big hugggsssss) Oh Karen, this is so very true and it is sad to see so many when they least expect it sink further in their own shame and misunderstanding! (sad sigh) You speak of this albatross so well, sweet friend, I love it, my thoughts are with them all, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

I liked this very much. Total bottoming out; spiritual growth, sufficatingly difficult.

Warmly,
