I did not create this with a mouthful of air.
In fact I did not create it at all,
Whatever I am. My brain created it,
Whatever that is.

Then my hands put pen to paper and wrote words;
Where The Poem went I do not know.
Even later, by battering small pieces of plastic,
I (wherever I came from) turned the words into electric signals,
Just a mutation of energy, I know, but to me monumentous.

Now you (whatever you are) are reading words,
Or rather percieving patters of electron bombardment
Or the excitation of a liquid crystal matrix.
But you see (maybe), This is (has) not (been) a poem;
Let alone The Poem.

Me thinks it is a poem. And a very clever one indeed.

I knew you'd like it here.

And unlike that other place, just so you know, you can edit here.

Click on the little note looking thingy with the pencil up above your message and you can edit.

Just for future reference.

Let's see....day two, since your debut at
PiP....  Hmmmm...  unique poetry....
expressed from within your gut,  part of
you...or is it?  Maybe,  if you tried to
be more yourself,  and just wrote naturally,
things would gel...

Anywhooo,  nothing wrong with this piece.
Even though you say it is not a poem....
But,  it is!!!

Welcome to Passions...sit back and enjoy...

magnus,

i disagree what you see on the screen is not The Poem, somehow (magically maybe?), through a series of strange mutations, you percieved A poem. The Poem is inside me and maybe somewhere else, A poem is inside you.

what my post contained is not a poem.

:-)

majnu....since you say this is "NOT  A  POEM"  so loud and clear, I will not say that I enjoyed your  "POEM"......I'll just say that I like your guts (and your write, if you don't mind).

Best Wishes And Love To All,
Ethel
