Everything's more expensive,
There seems to be no end
To price increases on everything,
(And they'll raise them tomorrow again)

How a cemetary can raise it's prices,
And blame it on the cost of living?
I sure wish the "buck" stopped here,
Anyone feel like giving?

I started out with nothing,
And still have most of it,
We're all born naked and hungry,
And that's not the worst it gets.

We're all born naked and hungry,
And that's not the worst it gets.

Ain't that the truth, though? LOL I've seen pictures from back then... and I know my naked and hungry is uglier now than it was then! LOL

How a cemetary can raise it's prices,
And blame it on the cost of living?

And Elizabeth is right, sweets... this is absolutely classic! LOL I love it! *G*

But as for "Anyone feel like giving?".... just what did you have in mind, dear man???? *evil grin*

This is fantastic, Toe... thanks for the smiles to start my day!

Greetings, Toe! And how are you this fine morning? ---After reading the poem, it seems like that is a loaded question!!!--Mind you, no matter what difficulties you face in life, your divine (and sometimes not so divine! hehe) gift of humor gets you thru'

BTW The Suthern Belle's reply was right on the money---not that you could hit her up for any!!! hehe

(big hugggssssss) Oh Toerag, it is so very saddening, sweet friend, the capitalism malevolence only grows every year and more and more people become hungry and robbed of their needs! (sigh) My heart goes out to them all, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Toerag, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

ToeMan~
Of course you've got me laughing ....

I woke up this morning ... face to face with 'another Bill'~

LOL !  Let's hope the cost of humor doesn't rise ...~
(Well ... unless you're the comedian getting paid for it)
Now there's a capital idea !!!

Toe darling man this is as always one of your prize writes, full of truth and humour how good can it get? Well from you darling man it is always good but then anyone with a modicom of good humour knows this.

Excellent Toe thanks for the huge grin

I love it utterly utterly utterly
Love and warm stuff
as always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the earthquake wind and fire

LOL!   Great lines, Toe!

the earth will turn on as before,

the morning star, still kiss the dawn

Thanks so much for the laugh, Mr.Toe...
