Splendid with the tickle of anticipated change
The weather cools and mists a primal fall arrange
Flutter freely off the limb and to the chilly ground
Dancing on the wind in celebrate as merry goes around

Turbulent the seasons of the fall in disconcert
Prelude of the winter cool as frilly leaves will skirt
Freely to resemble of the past exposures dawned and crowned
Dancing on the breeze in whimsy red and gold surround

Temperate remissions flaunted on the cusp of fall
Flurries in the same sky quip in mesmerized recall
Flutter freely off the limb and to the chilly ground
Dancing on the season celebrations harvest so profound

Kathleen...this is splended in it's imagery!
The flow is beautiful and I could picture the fall colours perfectly...
Beautifully done!

I actually do get tingly "tickles" with the anticipated changes of the seasons.

Here in Ontario, each one is so markedly different from the other--and each one is divinely special.

You wrote extremely well of the fall season. You captured its essence---its "Rapture".

This is another diamond!

What an excellent poem, I have saved this for this week's reading at a senior's home and will certainly give full credit where it is due.

Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me.

lovely, lovely, lovely textures and images

I would suggest changing "in" to "to" in the 4th line 1st stanza...that way you can be in accord with grammatic rules and leave "celebrate" as is. Using "in" calls for "celebration," as the form to use.

Kathy,  very beautiful...yes, that time of
year is becoming ever apparent as each day
comes and goes...becoming shorter...cooler
and the leaves are starting to turn and
fall....Your poetry paints this perfectly
and with such grace...
