I got your MSN the other day I clicked you on, then answered in my unsuspecting way At first you seemed alright with me But soon my eyes began to see that you had something waiting there to say So, I backed off and let you fire away! You said I didn't give you enough time And though I'd moved across the sea, the hours I should find to be there even though your day was late at night for me, but hey Your expectations just weren't being met With all your problems, how could I forget? You told me you had put me on your list of friends who weren't devoted, therefore I would not be missed Well, all I have to say is "Thanks" for putting me within their ranks And now I think it's YOU who should be told: I don't need friends who run first hot, then cold??? * * * There's a reason behind this writing, and I will let the reader draw his/her own conclusions. Sometimes it's necessary to write about life's experiences, just because it alleviates the pain. |

Noah.... You know, I sincerely appreciate my good friends like you, and the many that I have found here at Passions. Even in the best of families, there will be those who don't see eye to eye, and for that I am sad, but I cherish your friendship, and your always sweet reply!!! Pat.... So nice to meet you, and yes....I have always believed that writing includes all aspects of living. Not every piece can be full of love, because every day isn't always either. A wonderful write to purge those feelings Sunyonne. Sometimes we have to write and also, we have to do what we must in life to be happy and a true friend will always be happy for you even when it means that they cant share you as much as they once did....geez.......I hope that made sense. I have always said to those friends in real who use to say why don't you call or contact me or that saying the phone works both ways...I say be happy when you meet each other after time passes or speak to one another... everyone has a busy life today...and so when I haven't seen someone in years I don't ask why they haven't kept in touch, I am just grateful to see them once again...a very thoughtful piece, Sunnyone. hugssss and good wishes oh..and a happy one year anniversary for you both Maureen [This message has been edited by nakdthoughts (10-13-2002 06:16 PM).] |

Yes, Maureen.....that is it exactly!!! I've most enjoyed the friendships that are relaxed, where you know that the person will be your friend, and stay that way, no matter where you are or what may happen to either of you.
