Waiting

My hands are out in patient wait
In places of anticipate
Yet phantoms of the building task
Are passing up my hands of ask.

They are the magic mist of seem
Extrapolating every dream
Turning some reality
Into wiles finality

And though I bow to there exist
They pass me by in resist
And will not take me by the hand
And this I do not understand

I offered up my treasure trove
For them to make a gardens grove
But they have closed the door on me
And cast me out on Midnights Sea.

And though the diamond stars are bright
They are too far for Eden’s light.

But your muse stands in good stead
and lets the rhymes leave that good head...

Good morning, Sy...

Guess that is why it is so important to know who we are and just exactly who does hold the keys to happiness, something that took me decades to find. Now, all else for me is simply if it is God's will. Acceptance is a wonderful place to be, as is surrender.

As Ever, enjoy your work.

Warmly,
Pat

Good morning, Mr. T.! ~

You offer daily your treasure troves
And here at PIP your garden grows
Not lost or cast upon Midnight Sea
But in full bloom for all to see

And additionally, it is in the blatant
*"deliciousness" of the effort and joy
of creating not the failure of result that makes every difference, isn't it?

JM,
Thank you for the read and like. I did not get your mail. I don't seem to be registered right. Tomorrow I will call them up and try and get them to walk me through it. When I get it straightened out I'll write again. WWRS

Noah,
Still having trouble with my new computer but thank you for the nice comment.

Sy~
Once again, I'm in awe of your talent.
I never can seem to find the words to properly
express how your poetry makes me feel, so I'll
simply say that I love it, and it touches me.
Hugs to you,
~Vicky
