"Color directly influences the soul"
and can "produce a correspondent spiritual vibration"
-Kandinsky
.
.
.
.
Leaves in Fall before the acrobatics
lend brittle voices to a boisterous choir,
non-denomination quite chromatic
thick'ning clouds and blues backdrop their fire,
in sea like rustlings music's of the air
the rusts and reds and yellows all ignite
til cooler winds will sway the trees to bare
and Winter swaddle all in long dark night,
until that time the boughs will broom the sky
and hikers will 'neath stain glass ceilings pass
enchanted, even shade yields hues of sighs,
the downcast too view carpet's colors mass
a season even dullards find a muse,
the forlorn may forget the Love they lose.

No criticism, just do a little spell checking, and you'll have one happy reader here...

I certainly enjoyed knowing that even dullards would pen poetic, under the right auspices...

Well, I'm not Sunshine, but check the spelling of boisterous.  Images come to life with your pen!

Outstanding!

As an avid hiker---I love it! As an avid reader and writer of poetry---I love it! As an artist with an appreciation of color and it's visual and vibratory impact---I love it!

RSWells - I will miss the colors this year, as I'm in Arizona.  But I see colors in the desert, and it's very beautiful...
