I still think about you every waking day.
Worry about you, though we've gone astray.
But, it didn't matter.

What did it matter that never was and never was meant to be.
Why this aching in my heart holds a captive memory.

Wake up in the morning and tell myself, it didn't matter; this
Tell the angels each night please bless him with just a kiss.

In telling you I loved you, you say I didn't matter to you.
Somewhere the truth lies in this aching hollow emptiness of blue.

For what the truth is and what I can plainly see;
is what didn't matter to you.
Really mattered to me.

With a pen name of my astrological sign,  how could I have ever missed reading you.
Thanx for your graciousness....and yes,
sometimes what doesn't to them,  surely
does to another...You penned the thoughts
very well..

A truly heartfelt write. I know this aching feeling all too well. Chris
