Standing In Silence...

Leaves falling,
Once again,
As autumn,
Slowly approaches.
The animals begin,
To gather their goods,
So they can face,
The perils of winter.
The flowers begin,
To wilt,
Beautiful once,
Now dying again.
The sad thing is,
I’m just beginning,
To come full bloom.

the first one I read this morning and I'm glad that it was. I enjoyed this, it was nothing mind blowing or profound, it was beautifully simple, yet still captures a meaning lovely imagery and power. Nice work I really like this one of yours!
