To young To young for what? To get married? Have kids? To die? I have felt the sting of pain to many times at 16 Still it hurts It always will I want to see their faces just one more time to hear their laughs God why did you take them?! They had lives to live take me instead gladly I would trade my lives for them look how much I have screwed up I have nothing to offer you but they did They were perfect wonderful people Tears were shed for them Right now, I am pretty sure no tears would be shed for me Their lives cut short but the memories still live on I always wonder why when I was driving with him I wasen't taken I wonder why wasen't I driven to kill myself with the same problems I have sometime to live for look forward to I don't know what but I pray I find out then maybe when I die tears will shed " I think I got a tan from the light in which i was basking." |

Your poem stirred up so many emotions in me. I have been in the same situation as you- as I am sure many of us have. Sometimes you have to think of friends who have unjustly died as "angels only lent". I hope you are feeling better. :[ |

That was such an emotional poem, nice read/write. It really proves a friendship true when you would rather die than your friend, even if it was you driving, nice work ~*~Karen~*~ |

i feel almost exactly like that most of the time..i've had so many people die on me that i just wish it was me instead of them. i really like this one. |
