I was mourning for us
Dead where I lay
I don’t know how I moved on
Inside I’m dead today
I’ve tried all I know to stop this
But this bed is where I stay

Oh sweet agony
Great loving pain
At the end of the love we had
Your words left me slain

The end of each day
My thoughts center on you
I’m told someone will be along
But left asking who
You’re the one I answer this
With the pain, do I want this true
My mind left in this query
I end on, I’m through

when you live you begin to die
when you die memories of you life lives in others
when memories of you begin to fade
you truly begin to die
