K, just a lil' heads up this poem is extremely wierd..seeing as how I wrote it a four in the morning and all (damn Insomnia!!. So If no one gets it I won't be hurt!

Unparalleled fusion to glowing white orbs
Met within webs of the mind
Melded together to create a tapestried artwork of thought
Turned around inside out to idea sprung from the simplest expression
And pulled into deeper orbit of the conscience
Between the veil of reality and the unorthodox
Entwined together to create the spirit within

Beckoning through the crystal light
It is called out by the musings of another point of view,
A point to which things become not as they seem
Different yet the same
In one essence of being to another contradiction of the soul
Hidden inside the fire of the heart
Until all is one line of emotion, pure from stem to stem
Without the footprint of logical reasoning
To stamp its evil letter into the feelings of a pure world of context

Left to lie alone within its images of the dark and light of destiny
To which all things can portray
And to this disillusioned picture we see through the opal of our eyes
Once again brought back in fluent rhythm,
The first burst of expressionism
To start off again the pattern of events
That we have no more control over
Than the celestial moon hanging in the sky

To turn the change of events for the capacity
Of the ever changing knowledge within the core of our being
Helped to float away to nothingness…
A seconds worth of epiphany wasted
In the careless glance,
An unfathomable thought left doomed to pity
In the world of the unconscious state of mind
And translucent memory of things forgotten

Don't look to me for perfection, for I will surely let you down.

Well... I've read much of your poetry and then theres this.  I can't think of words that can describe how incrediable this poem is.  I don't know why I just love it.  It stimulated my mind, good word choice, nice length...  To me this is the best poem I have ever read and to be done at 4 in the morning?  wow...  I love your work and I hope that your spirit and heart in poetry never goes away.  Your a phenomenal writer!!  Never stop doing what you love.

Your my favorite poet!

Lots of love, Travis!

Work like you don't need the moeny, dance like no one is watching, Sing like your all alone, and love like you've never been hurt.

Hey Bella! Ahhhh... it's like one of Jodi's Aussie friend's poems... or like one of Jodi's poems. It's a great poem. Awesome word choice. Sometimes a little bit deeper than I can understand, but ya know. That's all good. Have a spiffy day!

Well you're right-I don't really get the meaning behind it(maybe cuz I'm extremely tired), but it is very beautiful. At least something good came of your insomnia...as if headaches and being drowsy all day weren't enough. Yeah anyway, nice write.
