You're So Much

Time moves slow but oh so fast.
In your arms, I'm hoping this moment will last.
I'm all caught up in those eyes and your smile.
I haven't had this good of a feeling in quite a while.
I look for the words to describe how I feel...
But anything I say doesn't seem as real.
There's no way to perfectly describe there emotions.
Feels like I'm walking on the clouds, seems like I'm floating.
It's all I ever think about,it's the only thing on my mind.
I'm wrapped up, no doubt, I think about you all the time.
I tell you there's no way to describe it, it's way too great.
Being tired there's no way to hide it, I stay up late.
I think about all the little things you do and how happy you make me...
And when I sleep, I dream of you, hoping no one will wake me.
You're so sweet and gentle, I'm lost in your touch.
Your fingertips like fire, I can miss it so much.
I love to be held in your arms,
Safe from hurt and safe from harm.
Love to feel you hands go gently around my hips.
My smile, anticipation, longing for that kiss.
So just know that I'm liking this feeling of being happy all the time.
And you're so much of that something, I thought I'd never find.

"Your fingertips like fire, I can miss it so much."

Wow!! Absolutely loved this line.  This was very good and showed your true feelings towards this person. It also had a nice meter that gave it a very even flow.

And I love that line.

Welcome to PIP.

Hope to see more from you soon.

I so eagerly anticipate a time when such happy sentiment can come from my heart again.
very nice writing.

Be it in the truest form, or a desperate lack thereof, fail not to understand that the inspiration is love.

Very sweet poem!
I really like this one, especially the last line.
The only thing I didn't think fit in this poem was the part, "I tell you there's no way to describe it, it's way too great."
I would take the 'way' out, it's kind of a distraction.
That's just a suggestion though because I like the rest of the poem alot, and it is yours.

Great job here.  It's soooo great that you can have such genuine feelings for someone.  It's always a warming thought that someone can make you feel this way. Keep up the good work.
