Basking in the depths of my soul
Looking for the answers to my questions
Desperately, frantically searching
And finding nothing that will help me to sleep
Just blackness
A dark empty space that is hollow
Echoing
With the memories of past hurt
The sound is shallow; dull
Like everything it contained
Were illusions in themselves
Nothing more
Than fantasy images
Concoctions the mind made up
To keep the heart content
But leave the soul still searching...*

From what I gathered, the sounds and images you expierienced seemed so distant, but the feelings they created were right in your face. If I caught this correctly, then mad kudos to you, if not, then I'm just too damn inebriated to get it right...either way, I got a good vision of where you were going here and I like the work...nice job...
