Another day goes away
In the life of the lonely girl
Another day with not one to say
She's beautiful.

She sits at home and thinks in rhyme
Of him and her and why
And all she wants is just to hear one time
She's beautiful.

She wants to burn away her shadow
She wants to drown her tears
She wants to believe even through her sorrow
She's beautiful.

Very sad! I would like to tell her that she is beautiful. Very nice!

Aw, this poem is so sad!     Good work though, I did enjoy reading it!

Isn't it incredible how quickly self-esteem can drop? So many ways to replace it, though...*applause*
