Daddy Who says you only get one chance at life Forgiveness is the key to end all strife As long as there is love, you can always try again You aren't the man you were when I was ten You've tried so hard to make up for the past You've become a better person,you've changed so fast Enjoy life while you can,don't worry about me You are who you are,and I love who I see Although I don't see you each and everyday I love the time we share,it makes life seem ok Simply knowing you are there makes me glad Don't try so hard to be a good dad I only wish somehow you knew There's nothing that could make me stop loving you! |

Nice poem, it really expresses how dads are under appreciated while we are young and how we should treasure our dad for what he is not what he isn't. ~*~Karen~*~ |
