In a state of disrepair...

We seek to gauge opinion
To trap it in fractal reason
Hold the truth in a number
A two dimensional fact
With no edges to it
A flat pack fact
Pre-packaged
Easy reference

That is taken as truth.

We seek to lock intention
Within a cell of convenience
Hold the key of invention
Shape the lock to fit
Preponderated possibilities
Remodelled modus operandi
A prefabricated excuse
An easy lie

That is taken as truth.

There should be a psychology of feet. For do we not make decisions with our legs and walk about on our brains? What do you mean "No, not really"?

Another good one! Great job.
I especially like the lines, "We seek to lock intention, within a cell of convenience."
Im liking what you're writing!

Yes, I found this to be excellent! (A nice subtle change to my own bearish efforts!) I particularly liked "A flat pack fact" - that has quite a ring to it.  *)

Hey, who's this imposter up there! *)
